Kuida

Privacy Policy

Updated November 6, 2026

At Kuida we keep what you give us to look after your pet, and nothing more. There are no ads, we don't sell data and we don't follow you around other apps or websites. Here's what we keep, why, and how to delete it.

Who is responsible

The controller of your data is Kuida, the app you're using. For any questions or to exercise your rights, write to us at soporte.kuida@gmail.com.

What data we keep

What we use it for

We don't use your data for advertising, we don't build commercial profiles and we don't sell it or hand it over to anyone.

Who it's shared with

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, it's with the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. If you stop paying for Plus nothing is deleted: everything stays saved and comes back if you subscribe again.

You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete account. Your account and your data are deleted. If you looked after the pet with other people, what belongs to the group (the pet, its history and its photos) stays with them; if you were the last person, everything is deleted, photos included.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to limit its use or to stop using it by writing to soporte.kuida@gmail.com. We'll reply in less than a month.

If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Minors

Kuida can be used at any age. If you're under 14, you need the consent of your mother, father or guardian to create an account: they are the ones who accept this policy and can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

Kids' profiles added within a group are created and managed by an adult, only keep the name and age, and don't have their own account.

Security

Your data travels encrypted and only the people in your group can see it. Photos are kept in private storage and only open through temporary links.

Changes

If we change anything important in this policy, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.
