Kuida

Terms of Use

Updated November 6, 2026

These are the rules for using Kuida. They're written to be understood; if something isn't clear, write to us.

What Kuida is

Kuida is an app for organizing your pet's care: their daily life, health and memories, alone or with other people.

Kuida is not a vet: it doesn't diagnose or give medical advice. Health reminders are based on what you log. If you have any questions about your pet's health, always ask your vet.

Your account

You can use Kuida without an account or sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for what's done from your account and for the people you invite to your group.

If you're under 14, you need the consent of your mother, father or guardian to create an account and use Kuida, and they must be the ones who accept it.

Kuida Plus

Kuida is free, and the free plan covers everyday care. Kuida Plus is an optional subscription that adds more pets, more people, unlimited tasks (the free plan includes 6 per group, counting medication and repeating events), unlimited Moments, their memory album (with what you shared a year ago) and reminders for vaccines, deworming and checkups. If one person pays, the whole group gets it.

The price is shown in the app in your country's currency and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase or, if there's a trial, when the trial ends.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. The free trial is only available once per Apple account; if you subscribe before it ends, the unused part of the trial is lost.

If you stop paying, you don't lose anything: everything stays saved and becomes available again when you subscribe again. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

What you upload

The photos, notes and data you upload are yours. We only use them to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy.

Don't upload illegal content or content you don't have the right to share.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Kuida running and reminders on time, but we can't guarantee there won't be failures or interruptions (for example, if your phone doesn't receive notifications). We're not responsible for harm caused by forgetting something or by decisions made solely on the app's information.

Changes and leaving

We may improve or change the app. If we change anything important in these terms, we'll let you know in the app.

You can stop using Kuida and delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you always keep the rights the law of your country of residence gives you.
